I got all the pics out of order[again]
the top one should be at the bottom .....it shows where i am up to at this time.

The second pic is a preview showing the space left for the needle felting.

 Checking that the size and shape is OK for where it will be going.

more on the free form

Free-form is addictive...big time.  This is a flat piece that is being done on the embellishing machine.  The backing is a piece of old felted blanket from the goodwill.  Was in the dog blanket box.
As i crochet the other stuff i kept all the 'ends' that were snipped off at finish.......these are just the thing to use here and so keep the colors going thru.
the picture below is the beginning of this panel and this embellished piece goes on the right hand side

freeform sort of

I have been having a lot of fun making sort of freeform stuff
The wall deco will eventually be as long as the rod and longer as it goes across.
i also plan for it to be right up to be placed the ceiling and across to the corner.
