Finally I have reached my destination.
This town has a beaut ute competition every January.
this ute[truck] is in the park and is covered with tiles.
The other pic is of the river that runs thru the town.

In the week after easter this small country town gave out the message


This old moss infested tressle spans a wetland

emus by the roadside ...and another wetland

there are black swans if you look...hard

wednesday 28th

This is a little building that has beautifully shapped beams.
I took several angles as i thought it was quite lovely.

The journey down is nearing the destination.
At this stage I was tired as it was a long drive.

More old buildings.
Emu's just by the side of the road...I sat and watched them for awhile.
Tuesday after easter in a small country town.
An unusual wheat silo.
All this is still on the first day of travel.

Here are the first pics of my wonderful holiday.

the first is the morning sky as i set off...... a long trip ahead.

The next is an old building that used to be a dance hall and a jewlers store and a bakery.

Then lakes of cloud...i love seeing the valleys filled with clouds.

last is a wetland and if you look real close you can see black swans.
